Staff cycle store at York Hospital

We are delighted to announce that thanks to the generous donations of our supporters, York & Scarborough Hospitals Charity have provided funding to install a brand-new cycle store for staff at York Hospital.
The cycle store has replaced the existing staff store at Park House and provides weather-resistant cycle racks and shelters that have been specifically tailored to fit the available space.
With the capacity to hold up to 100 bikes, the new store is much larger than the existing one, which had a capacity of just 26 bikes. This means that more staff will now have access to secure and convenient cycle storage, making it easier than ever to cycle to work.
The new store is well lit with CCTV and has security access, to ensure that it is safe and secure and fit for purpose.
We are proud to have been able to fund this important project, and would like to extend thanks to everyone who has made it possible.
